Registration Dates & Fees

	Early Registration	$1200	On or before October 15, 2008
	Regular Registration	$1800	After October 15, 2008

* Registration must be paid in full and received by LOG-NET on or before the day of the conference, January 28, 2009. To qualify for the early registration discounts registration must be received on or before October 15, 2008.

Payment invoice will be sent to the address specified above.

Cancellation Policy: Conference enrollment may be cancelled through December 15, 2008, subject to a $200.00 fee. No refunds or credits are given for cancellations received after December 15, 2008. All no-shows are charged the full amount. All cancellations must be received by e-mail.
