Founded in 1991, LOG-NET, Inc. of Red Bank, N.J. was established to provide the finest trade, transportation and logistics information systems. The company has grown from a supplier of custom logistics solutions into a developer of integrated on-demand, end-to-end (E2E) supply chain solutions active in more than seventy countries around the world.

LOG-NET's management and design team is comprised of individuals with outstanding technical skills and practical operating experience in international, multi-modal logistics and operations management. This in-depth understanding of trade and logistics balanced with the highest levels of technical capability is reflected throughout the company's products and services. The company has the privilege of serving some of the largest cargo owners and third party logistics providers in the world today including DHL, Hasbro, Jones Apparel Group, Avon and many more.

LOG-NET, Inc. pioneered client server technology in a DOS environment in 1993. The company has always been a leader in the industry. LOG-NET was the first logistics system to extensively utilize SQL databases, the first to utilize a windows platform and the first logistics system on the Internet in 1997.

Throughout the 90s, LOG-NET, Inc. deployed and enhanced some of the most sophisticated EDI interfaces in the marketplace. The company's leading-edge EDI interfaces provide the foundation for LOG-NET software to be the bedrock of a client's supply chain network.
