LOG-NET, Inc is seeking a Solutions Specialist to join its team!
As a Solutions Specialist you will assist the support services that are essential to both the conduct of the company's operations and the
achievement of its operational and financial objectives. Assist, organize, direct and control the functions associated to the delivery of
the company's products and services to its customers. These include customer service functions to support the response to customer inquiries
of a limited nature, coordinate the response to customer requests regarding the company's software or services. Provide the fundamental and
advance product training and documentation material to support the use of the system and the processes associated with the system. Provide
the quality control of software and services provided. Investigate, document and develop new business opportunities for the company through
the application of the company's technology portfolio to new and existing customers.
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Develop and integrated customer assessments for the efficient deployment of the LOG-NET application to new and existing clients.
- Create, document and gain customer acceptance of customer's standard operating procedures as conducted within the LOG-NET application.
- Manage the efficient deployment of LOG-NET clients to production with a goal of production inviolable movement within 120 days of contract signing.
- Proactively engage in continuous business process improvement of the department
- Insure execution of departmental Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor the company's achievement of delivery of all essential products and services
- Develop the course material for basic and intermediate user training
- Develop the course material for advanced logistics process training utilizing the LOG-NET product.
- Communicate the current inventory of available courses offered by the company
- Distribute the product user guide to customers based on the company policy with each point release (version) of the application
- Develop opportunities to deploy or extend LOG-NET solutions with new and existing customers.
If you are interested in pursuing a career with Log-Net as a Solutions Specialist, you should fulfill these requirements:
- BS Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Logistics/Transportation, Supply Chain, Economics or a BS degree in another area with 6 years industry experience
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in transportation services, including documentation and technical services or customer support services
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with internal and external customers.
- Strong leadership ability, presentation skills, and ability to translate company or departmental objectives and functions into understandable terms for staff, customers and other external parties.
- Experience in technical development and or analysis required.
- Good understanding of international supply chain.
- Effective organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S and not require sponsorship.
